Refunds

Exchanges

The item being exchanged must meet the same eligibility requirements as returns (unused, original condition, and packaging).

  • Reason for the return or exchange.

  • Photos of the item (if it is damaged or defective).

After approval, we will provide you with the return address and instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.

Ensure you include clear photos of the damaged or defective item in your email to expedite the process.
